Though we haven't put out anything in awhile, the label isn't dead just yet. We're still pretty active in film/TV stuff. Elephant Stone artists seem to get picked for stuff that involves skateboarding, surfing, and coke snorting, and as of late, pregnant teenage girls. Daydream Nation will have some music featured on MTV's "16 and Pregnant". BTW MTV, you owe us some money!

Christopher Tucker of The Situation passed away on Friday, July 25, 2008. I'm really shaken up about this. Joe Castro, who was in the band passed on this video of Chris. "Latchkey Kids" is one of his more nostalgic, personal songs and I think this makes for a nice tribute. R.I.P. Love, Ben
